An annual competition held by The Dean of The College of Management & Economics. A class of 60 is sponsored by an outside organization, which presents the class with an international business strategy problem. Teams of 3-4 are formed, and the team with the best solution is granted a research trip to the country in question. For 2012 the sponsoring company was Metalumen, a commercial-lighting manufacturer looking to expand in to Brazil.
